Terms and Conditions upon which the Company will act as as Manager of Companies

1. The conditions set out above in relation to executorships and trusteeships shall apply so far as relevant to companies under management.

2. An indemnity will be required from the owners of a company in favour of the Company and of Company personnel holding office.

3. The Company will always require clients to provide such information as will enable it to comply with all regulations designed to avoid money laundering.
